Back in Sibelius, if you choose an Interface different to ASIO4ALL, can you then change to a configuration involving Aria Player? If you quit Sibelius and launch the stand-alone Aria player (Start -> All Programs -> Garritan Aria Player), does that work, or does it crash also? The new ARIA Player version did create a new folder called c:\program\vstplugins\garritan containing the same files as in c:\program\garritan\aria player\vst. P.2 No, it chrashes with the other audio interfaces too. Clicking on a key on the ARIA Player keyboard after having selected an instrument does not play the appropriate sound but only some sort of weird noise. 7.1.3: Visual instruments and effects folder with Garritan libraries What happens if you create a new score, and then change the playback configuration to GPO or JABB? Please look inside all the folders referenced in that little window and list the contents of each folder in a follow-up post, with version numbers of each file found.
